RETURNS

Each STEDYR™ product is handmade and may have slight visual imperfections. Each STEDYR™ product is thoroughly inspected and tested to function as it should before it’s sent out. If proper usage results in product failure it may be returned. If the elastic tubing portion is cut, nicked or is over-stretched (beyond 3 times its resting length) it may snap or come apart. Please do not abuse the STEDYR™ tool or it may result in injury. It is highly recommended for use with slow and/or controlled movements, using precision and caution. Please follow the product Warning and Care Instructions. Returned items are subject to inspection; buyer pays shipping/handling.

EXCHANGES

Send back the STEDYR™ product in unused condition, with complete original packaging for a different size (Limit 1 per customer). All Return or Exchange requests must be made via email within 10 business days of purchase date. Used items may not be exchanged and will be returned to sender. DISCLAIMER Some STEDYR™ products have caps over the hole on the ball(s); these are branding labels and may be removed - similar to tags on clothing - issues with these caps do not qualify as improper device function. STEDYR, LLC assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage as a result of product misuse or malfunction.
